I have used a tool called SWIG (http://www.swig.org) to automatically generate
"wrappers" for the C Performer API for use in an interpreter called Python
(http://www.python.org) I believe there is support for Tcl/Perl/Lisp
interpreters too.
It only took a few minutes. I would expect similar results for Tcl.
