This call is hidden in the Performer 2.1.3 libraries. In order to use it, you
must define the following:

extern "C" int _pfDeleteTexHandle(pfTexture *tex);

The 2.1.3 eoe is part of the Performer 2.2 distribution and is the
compatibility libraries for 2.1. The problem is that it has some issues with
the way lighting is managed. In our case, we have had problems with getting
proper colors and materials rendered and has proven to be usable. Read the
mails exchanged on this for the last past two weeks.
