Looking at the case notes it's not obvious if you've been asked to upgrade your
Onyx2 gfx patch yet. I see one ref to a stack trace that suggests that you have
patch 2326 installed, if that is still the case then you need to upgrade that
to the latest patch 2922: Onyx2 6.4 graphics rollup #5 including GVO support.
I'll add notes to the support case to check this too.
