Annoying warnings with pf2.2MR

Dear Performers,

Ever since we upgraded to Performer 2.2MR, I am getting the following
Warning messages whenever I compile my program. Apparently this does not
prevent my program to run normally, but I would like to
understand what's going on and avoid filling my screen with these
messages so I can see the real errors :-)

Would anybody have a clue as to what this means and what I am doing wrong?
Here is the link line fromthe Makefile and the messages from the linker:
Again, this worked fine with pf 2.1 aa well as a number of beta 2.2 versions.
