Yup - this is a bug in Performer2.2 - we don't end up not
opening a window if there is no channel 0 and OCO doesn't
have a channel 0.

This is fixed in our first update to Performer2.2 which will be
included in the IRIX 6.5 release. A larger Performer2.2 patch
covering 6.2 and forwared is also in progress and planned for
later this year.
