We want to use a texture calculated on the fly.
For that we need to get one of the computed images in the texture
buffer. We looked at the perf-97-06+247 message from Amaury Aubel
that was very useful but we failed to find out:

- how to select the channel we want to send to the pbuffer or auxbuffer.
This channel needs to be different from the current view channel.

- which draw and read parameters to use with the glXMakeCurrentReadSGI
function.
For the read parameter, we would like to know how to indicate which
pbuffer
(resp. auxbuffer) we want to read. For the draw parameter, we wood like
to know how to
indicate to put the image in the texture buffer.
