What part don't you understand how to do?
Let's assume the video part for now, everything else is fairly
straightforward.
The easiest way would be to video texture a large distant surface
with the exterior video images and simply attach this to a DCS which
tracks the position of the cockpit. Accurate geometric alignment
is a problem you'll have to contend with and may involve the
meshing of the external geometry to undo lens abberations. Then
you just need to make sure the orientation is correct w.r.t. the
cockpit.
