Performer Terrain Utility

I have been trying to get Performer's .ptu loader to work for some time
now with no luck.

Has anyone had success with terrain building using this loader?

The programmer's guide's description of the control file format is
inconsistent with the loader's code. What is the correct format?

Also, the code I found for ilgettile.c links to files that don't exist in
the ImageVision Library version I am using. What version was the loader
written for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
