        You do not specify the problem you are having. Is it that
the libraries aren't being picked up when you run your app ? Or
are you not able to compile it ?
        For run-time problems you could ....

setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /usr/lib/libpfdb
run application

(if it's compiled o32 that is)

if it's compiled N32 the lib path is different.

see man rld for more details.
