My company is recruiting pfExperts. We work with top-of-the-range
SGI equipment - with OpenGL and Performer - to produce graphics
for flight simulators. We have an established product which we need
to extend to make use of all the latest bells and whistles that
the newer Performer releases provide on ONYX-2 iR. We are a regular
beta site for Performer and we work closely with all those good
people on the pfTeam.
Sorry for the crass commercialism of this post. Feel free to
(privately) flame me about it :-)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Determine functional requirements for computer software. Design,
develop, code, integrate, test real-time computer graphics software
for simulator training applications. Lead/participate in design
reviews. Prepare, check, coordinate software release and
documentation to appropriate program and company standards.
EDUCATION DESIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Math.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five or more years in software engineering, three years in real-time
computer graphics, preferably on SGI Onyx systems. Hands-on
experience with UNIX, X-Windows, C, C++ is a requirement. Experience
with SGI Performer is desired.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Obtain security clearance.
