The problem turned out to be a dual error--
a part of my application was initialized improperly and set the color
after I had already set it once-- thereby setting it twice and to the
incorrect color.
This in combination with the call:
gset_next->setAttr(PFGS_COLOR4,PFGS_OVERALL,&colorvec,NULL);
where colorvec is a pfVec4* (e.g. a pointer to a pointer to a pfVev4
was passed in instead of the proper pointer to pfVec4).
So even when I fixed one error (by commenting out the line), the other
one was still in effect.
Thanks again,
Justin
