GL_FOG_FUNC_SGIS and glFogFuncSGIS

Hi all,

I'm looking for a sample code that would give me an overview of what can
be done with this mode.

Unfortunately I can't find one in Performer's samples.

I'm using Performer 2.2 on an InfiniteReality system.
