I have bump mapping working in Performer for the diffuse and for
specular terms. It's a multipass approach. I will release when
I create a usefull description of the technique.

I also have some viewer independent environment mapping code
which saves regenerating the texture for a lot of usefull
situations.

These can't just be switched on in performer, you need to write
some code and do per vertex computations, although the results
are visually compelling per pixel shaders.

Kudos to Brian Cabral for his ideas on this.
