3D text in perfly program

Hi performers,
    
        I Am unable to display a 3D text in the perfly program.

Basically I am creating a new pfText, adding a string ,and adding the text
to the
scene. The following is the error at the run time -

PF WARNING/Internal : - _pfDirtCheck:bad pfObject index 403414704

The same piece of code works fine if added in the simple.C program (Sample
code of performer), however fails with perfly.C

Any clues????
