There is no Performer run time licence, the runtime is free with IRIX eoe.

There is a right to use license but this is for
additional *development* seats. Moronic nomenclature
but there you go.

Performer run-time is *free*

To answer the other question, MultiGen doesn't use Performer for
anything. MultiGen provide an OpenFlight loader for performer which
everyone can use to read flight files for *free*. This ships with
Performer dev & eoe.
