It has a few enhancements like curve beads, lattice deformation, and a
Tools API so that you can write tool plugins. The main focus of the
Creator product was Native Windows, Improved Learn-ability, Improved
Usability, and Extensibility.
If you are looking for an immediate solution on the SGI platform
I would recommend getting a MultiGen II product. The latest revision is
1.4.1. The next release of MultiGen II will be version 1.5.
Creator is currently being ported to the SGI. The SGI version
of Creator will be running under WinMain a Win32 emulation API. This
will be available in about a month or two. The Tools API will be
available with this version of the software.

both the MultiGen II product line and the Creator product line output
OpenFlight they are inherently compatible with Go and Smart Scene. This
is a generalization though, there have been minor changes in the Open
Flight format between MultiGen II and Creator. Since both of them are
based on Performer you will need the corresponding and compatible
Performer Loader.
I hope this is of some help. Marcus is on a well deserved
vacation. Let me know if you need more information.
