O2 isn't capable of DVR, although Clive Harding a UK SE emulated it
by rendering to a Digital Metia buffer and texturing that to the screen.

It doesn't make a lot of sense unless depth complexity is very high.

1MB SC will improve performance but it will depend on your application.
