I just tried this on a deskside Onyx running 2.2 but a rather mixed bag of
patches, it ran OK but I'm not sure it's a good test without getting the same
patches as you ( I'd will reserve the machine and do that if needs be ). Could
you set the notify level right up and then include the whole output up to this
point ?

not sure about that and will try to find out, for now those set's are:
6.2 POSIX Patch Set is set #43, so just grab the latest 'POSIX patch set' from
the web
6.2 [Power] Challenge DM/L/XL & [Power] Onyx Required Patches is set #31 so
again, get the latest set of that title.
I think the set # stays constant for a given OS/platform then as patches get
replaced in a set and they are tested against other members of the set then a
new 'version' of that set is released, ie patchset 43 is always the POSIX
patchset.

I ran perfly lot's prior to pf 2.2 release and never saw anything like that -
what vof do you run with ?
It sounds like you might have a couple of odd thing going on, you might
consider logging a support call so we can track them, if you do then mail me
the refs.
Cheers
