Normally we can answer questions without big binaries,
so as a first pass just run the problem past us in ascii

To business,
perfly is an example application, you need to understand the
relationship between the xformer drive modes and the DCS which
is created above a model loaded by perfly.
In the trackball mode perfly modifies the DCS in the scene,
in the other modes it updates the channel position, so there's
a large and fundamental difference between the modes.
Use my code and update the DCS with the pfcoord from the 'pov'
flight model class AND update the channel based on one of the
chosen tether modes. You'll be able to fly your craft and view
it as you fly from a different position depending on the mode
you get the second pfcoord from the pov object with.
