bad child + Faq

Hi, I am running my code, and I get this warning:

PF Warning/Usage: pfAddChild: Bad child 0x0

1) How can I determine which child is bad?
2) Could someone tell me where I could have found this in
        the faq and how to extract it
        (I suspect this question must have been asked before)
