Hi,
   I donno whether any function available in Perofmer for this or not! BUT
there is an OpenGL function available for this.

gluscaleimage(GLenum format,
              GLint widthin,
              GLint heightin,
              GLenum typein,
              const void *datain,
              GLint widthout,
              GLint heightout,
              GLenum typeout,
              void *dataout)

Best luck and have fun :)
