What you need to do is call
pfdConverterMode ("pfb", PFPFB_SAVE_TEXTURE_PATH, PF_ON)
in your pfconv app.

Anyway, you can set the environment variable PFPATH to your texture path when
loading the pfb file, and then the textures will be found.
