It's an Onyx RE2 running 6.2, so from the FAQ's configuration table:

So in order:

  1. performer_eoe 2.0.1 from the IRIX 6.2 CD (disk 1)
  2. performer_dev 2.0 from the Performer 2.0 CD
  3. patch 1696
  4. patch 1392

With the performer_eoe & performer_dev parts you'd probably be fine
just doing "install default" then "go" within inst.

For the patches, "install installable" within inst.
