shipping versions

Which version of Performer is shipping with which platform?
I've seen:

  O2 with 2.0.3,
  Octane with 2.0.4,
  Onyx2 with 2.0.3, 2.0.4, and 2.2

Can someone summarize where we're at with versions of Performer,
and which version should be used on which platform?
