We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a contract position on an
exciting high-end VR project for a major client. This position requires
extensive knowledge of real-time graphics programming and optimization
under IRIX 6.x. Experience with SGI's high-end graphics systems is
essential. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years experience with
C and/or C++ programming under UNIX and first-hand knowledge of OpenGL and
Performer 2.x.

Entertainment industry experience is major a plus but the ability to work
in a production environment among a team of artists is the main objective
here. Experience with motion-platforms will earn you many experience points.

The position is contract-based (options from 3 to 9 months) but could
possibly lead to permanent work with the company or the client. Physical
presence in Seattle is required but unusual work-hour arrangements are
possible only for the most qualified candidates.

Salary is, of course, commensurate with experience.
