Any chance you are using the N32 versions and haven't gotten the Performer 2.0.2 patches (1347 for eoe and 1392 for dev)? You can request these patches from your sales office if you do not have them. There was a bug in the N32 compiler when we built Performer2.0 and it caused an infinite loop in the internal routine _pfDirtCheck once you hit a certain number of allocated and deleted pfObjects. A different model or different loader could change the number of deletions and thus change when you would this this threshold. This bug would not be in the O32 version so if it fails also in O32 then this is not your problem.
