 The size of the point is in the geoset get->setPntSize or pfGSetPntSize.

 this value is NOT used if the PFLPS_SIZE_MODE is enabled in the LPState
 in that case the value used is PFLPS_SIZE_ACTUAL, wich is not the
 value in screen space, but the size in world space.
 The resulting value (projection of the actual size) is clipped
 by PFLPS_SIZE_MIN_PIXEL and PFLPS_SIZE_MAX_PIXEL in screnn space.
