 There are to videos as a standard on iR, and 8 as an option.

 The maximum bandwith is 300 MHz , shared by the 8 videos. The fill given
 by the number of RM on the pipe is shared between all the channels on
 that pipe.
 A minimum of memory is needed to have antialiasing with more than
 1 video. therefore there is a minimum of # of RMs.

 use ircombine with a simulated target hardware to check if you
 are OK for the configuration you want.
