Help needed please!

The group I work with just recently got about a DOZEN fully loaded
Indigo 2 Max Impacts. They bought Performer as well but got a dozen
CDs with Performer 2.1 was shipped to them, not Performer 2.0.
Everything I have read on the web page, seen in this mail group,
read in the release notes indicates that Performer 2.0 should be
used with these Max Impacts.

HOWEVER, when they have tried to inquire about getting the correct
version, at least 2 sales people don't seem to know anything about
the difference between Performer 2.0 and Performer 2.1. Specifically,
they've been told that the latest one we should get is Performer 2.1.
So we've read them what is on the Performer web page about the issue.
One was in Dallas, and the other is in Mtn View (Keith Duncan,
415-933-2542) who is supposed to be checking up on this but
has not yet responded back.

Could someone with some technical clout PLEASE tell me for sure if
Performer 2.0 is still indeed the right one for the Max Impacts?
And if so, somehow pass the message on to the people selling the
product. Our group has invested alot of $$ in these machines
and software and are very frustrated by the inconsistent advice
we've been getting.

Thanks for any help, Shirley
