You could put a large polygon in the sky and texture map it. You could build a
dome or pyramid in the sky and texture map it. I actually made individual
cloud textures and pasted them on to randomized pfBillboard's, I will warn you
I still have not passed judgement on this, it looks great but it seems to slow
things down a bit.
