The simplest way is to build a textured model of the sky and load this.
You then have the option of attaching it to a DCS to translate parts of
it around with the eye position.

If you want a really impressive and flexible sky effect then you
may have to create the geosets & geostates in code, or at least
write code to modify a sky model you've loaded.

It might be usefull to have an improved pfEarthSky but it's almost
pointless trying to do this because for most applications you see
performer being used for the requirements are so varied. It would
also be a shame if everyones textured performer sky wound up
looking the same.
