ANSER, a not-for-profit corporation in Arlington Virginia, has an
opening for someone with Performer experience to develop for and
maintain an immersive 3-D visualization system.

The system is a mini-CAVE running off an 8-proc 3-pipe SGI Infinite
Reality. There are a couple deskside Onyx RE2's used for
supporting applications, as well as an Indy for driving the audio
system. The developer will have almost exclusive use of all these
machines.

Position: Full-time developer

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Duties: Developing for, administering, demoing and maintaining
             the CAVE and supporting systems;
           Marrying CAVE technology and defense applications

Required: BS in relevant field. Experience with real-time
           graphics systems, SGI, Performer, GL, UNIX, etc.

Prefered: Experience with Coryphaeus products, modeling, HCI
           devices (gloves, trackers), stereographics,
           simulation-based design. Knowledge of networking,
           distributed simulation, sys admin, etc.
