Hi Eric

Not considering blending, lighting, fog etc then you could look at the texture
environment - man pfTexEnv, tevdef or glTexEnv will give you details. In the
default texture environment the 'mode' is MODULATE ( incoming color components
are multiplied by texture values ), you can change the texture environment to
control how texture effects the values of screen pixels as you need.
