Hello All,
In response to my own message about runway lights. <sigh>
I misinterpreted the specifications. Each light _was_ to flash twice a
second, but in perfect sequence. Gerry was right. (Hey, I've never seen
a runway, I'm going by the [sometimes mis-intrepeted] specifications).

Thanks for the many solutions to the (incorrect) problem. The incorrect
version now works great. ;)
