Oops that was wrong! ... the late night email syndrome has struck again :-\

At best that example could have been (yuch!):

        SWITCHcb::switches[ pfSwitch::getVal() ]

... but it's more clear to show the equivalence mapping as simply:

        SWITCHcb::switches[ val ] == pfSwitch::setVal( val )
