You could use the standard UNIX facilities:

(My X-terminal won't let me do the "pipe" symbol, so replace the "!")
strings - <dbname>.flt ! fgrep '.rgb'
strings - <dbname>.flt ! fgrep '.rgba'
strings - <dbname>.flt ! fgrep '.int'
strings - <dbname>.flt ! fgrep '.inta'
