It looks like pfXformBox is badly named - to doesn't seem to work with
'unusual' matrices. The routine to transform a pfSphere is named

   pfOrthoXformSphere

presumably because it doesn't work with non-ortho matrices. I think
the same restriction applies to pfXformBox.

It should either be fixed so that it can cope with arbitary matrices,
or it should be renamed for consistancy with the pfSphere nomenclature.

...because it would have saved me a day of messing around... >:-(
