If you set the 'opaque' range of the pfFog to a larger value than the
far clipping plane than every thing will not be drawn with the fog color
when the distance is near the far clipping plane. Another possibility
is to use the PFFOG_PIX_SPLINE mode and define a ramp definition with
pfFog::setRamp(). You just specify a maximum density thats <1.0.
