Jon,

I am using the Coryphaeus tool Easy-T to build up polygon based terrain
skins using raw DTED data and apply an image file extracted from DMA 10-meter
resolution satellite imagery. The terrain models with texture are saved in
.dwb format and then loaded into our performer apps with the standard dwb
loader. The results are very very impressive but the texture image is very
large and will bring any system without sufficient texture memory to a halt. We
are currently running on an Onyx RE2 with 4Mb texture memory. Our target
system however is an Indigo2 with High Impact graphics (on order) and 4Mb
texture mem.

Greg
