Performer reference manuals

I'm new at Performer and am attempting to learn on 2.0 in the C++ interface,
but all that I have for reference are a Programming guide and Reference Pages
books which were intended to be used with 1.2 These books are Document Numbers
007-1680-020 and 007-1681-020, respectively. I was wondering if a more recent
edition might be found for downloading or for purchase, as the going is rather
slow with no good references.
