The books for performer 2.0

I had bought performer 1.2 last year and
updated to version 2.0 . Because it was no
more than one year after my buying version 1.2
the updating is free. But I haven't got
the books such as programming guide and
reference guide for version 2.0. Now I
feel very inconvinient. Can I get these books?
