Does pfEarthSky work only with a positive Z up viewing frusta?

My application is based upon a geocentric coordinate system in which the up
vector is determined by the location in longitude and latitude. Will I have to
transform my terrain model to a positive Z up in order for pfEarthSky to work
correctly?
