rotate dcs positioned relative to scene matrix

Hi,
I´m loading various objects into a scene and want to rotate and
translate them as DCS´s by use of pfDCSRot. These objects were
positioned relative to each other in a modeling tool. My problem is,
that I want them to rotate (translate) relative to their own position
but don´t have a clue, which Matrix-Transformations to use. By now
their always rotating around the scene centerpoint.
I´d appreciate if anyone could give me a hint on that.
