European PAL-Video format has 25 Frames per second. (50 Fields.)
If you don't have access to the fields, this resticts LiveVideo
to 25 fps.
So, why not refresh the Live Video in every second call of pfDraw()
and run the videohandler in single process. Should give you a stable
50fps.
