Integrating Input-Devices into Performer

Hello,

I would like to use some different input-devices (Data-Glove,
Tracking System etc.; we wrote device-drivers already) and I wonder
how to integrate this devices into Performer 2.0 so I get new
functions like the Performer Xformer functions pfiNewTDFXformer and
pfiSelectXformerModel.

I think I have to use C++ in order to achieve this in a good way.

Does anybody know, where I can find source-code examples which could help
me in doing this? How else is using non-standard-devices with Performer?
