i don't recommended to change system time.

It happened to me once, that 'make' did not recompile
changed source files.
It was found out that because of powerfail the system
clock was set to last year (time was ok.) So all new
files where dated backwards in time and so 'make' always
found younger .o and exe files.

Reseting the clock fixed it....
