I went to the URL that I sent out and they now have the price listed(
which I don't remember seeing when this site was created). Anyhoo, the
price of the Performer 2.0 Manual Kit (Programming Guide, C Ref. Pages,
C++ Ref. Pages) is $230!!! Too rich for my student budget. Thanks to SGI
for the .ps version though!
