Help locating USAF test chart

I am trying the performer group to see if anyone has a copy of the
USAF test chart which can be displayed on a REII system. Our compnay
needs this pattern for screen resolution tests in conjunction with
the delivery of the system to the U.S. Navy. Does anyone know of a
source or have a copy that can be acquired for our use ?
