I expect this was a demonstration of the Review Reality software by CAD Center,
a Cambridge UK based company. It's not performer based & renders pdms data
using the SMP to generate polygons from the parametric data as you fly through
the scene.

If you want an offshore platform model I expect it'd help if you are more
specific about why you need this model. The databases which the CAD Centre use
have nuts 'n bolts detail so may not be appropriate.
