I've thought about that but felt that the granularity of such a loader mode
isn't good enough. Loader modes are generally set "per database". This means
that all point billboards in a database would be the same unless extra logic
was coded into the application to provide finer grained toggling of such a
mode. Once you get to this level of coding, the mode becomes redundant since
you're at the same level (i.e. loader callback) where the billboard could be
setup from object comments for instance.
Also, even if ROT_WORLD is implemented from the one existing template flag,
there's still no information to specify the axis of rotation. Is there a
consensus on the predominate axis? The default pfBboardAxis() is about "Z" ...
